Guest guest
Dee, I think it takes a bit for the body to adjust. Not because of the T3, which I think gets absorbed by the system quite quickly, but because of the boost of energy that starts to travel around. I too have some troubled nights, especially compaired to the ones I had before when I could collapse on the bed and sleep nine hours straight. But that same hypnotic tireness followed me during the day, so it wasn't pleasant at all....why don't you take a mild relaxant before sleeping? Some herbs or some melatonine that, from what I've heard, helps you restore your sleeping pattern? Hope it helps...let me know how it goes Ciao Carla Mercoledì, 24 dic 2003, alle 17:00 Europe/Rome, dm12420@... ha scritto: > Well, my first day on the levoxyl/cytomel was great.
