Guest guest
Hi Ted, I'm no expert, just a fellow user, but someone recently said here that the fear of driving bacteria (and I would think fungus) deeper into the skin is unfounded because of their size. DMSO can only drive smaller-sized materials in. Can anyone jump in here? Be well, Léna > Hi , Can dmso be used on athletes foot i saw a product that had > hydrogen peroxide and aloe and dmso in it i have some some bad > thing going on which seems to be athletes foot worse than i have > ever had . Guest guest
DMSO will not carry in fungus, it is too big. Only small molecules under 1000 Daltons Molecular wieght are transported by DMSO. Even some large molecules are too big. Oregano Oil is good for fungus. Get a good quality though as it varies greatly. http://www.av-at.com/ is a good source. Guest guest
This brings up something I've wondered about. Can DMSO carry in a virus that's on the skin deeper into the body? I'm wondering because I read on another list that someone used DMSO for shoulder pain and ended up getting a really rare virus that attacked the nerves in that shoulder. He blamed the DMSO. But since he already had pain there, I don't know. > > > > Hi , Can dmso be used on athletes foot i saw a product that had > > hydrogen peroxide and aloe and dmso in it i have some some bad thing > > going on which seems to be athletes foot worse than i have ever had . > > I have tried the otc creams but they don't seem to be working i;m also > > using colloidial silver I was a little scarred about using the dmso > > because of my limited knowledge of how it would work for this my > > concern is possibly driving the fungus internaly .As i understand it > > dmso is a carrier does that mean it would take the fungus deeper > > ?Thanks Ted > > > > >
Guest guest
No viruses are too big for DMSO to carry in. People want to be able to explain their illness so will latch on to anything and everything. Garnet yoginilm wrote: > > This brings up something I've wondered about. Guest guest
I personally have had good luck using vinegar to soak my athletes feet in, a couple soaks and it goes away. Vinegar is about 2.4 ph, and kills the fungus pretty good. I tried bleach, watt the heck, that burned. Not tried DMSO. stay healthy, david a Re: DMSO for athletes foot > No viruses are too big for DMSO to carry in. > > People want to be able to explain their > illness so will latch on to anything and > everything. > > Garnet > > > > yoginilm wrote: >> >> This brings up something I've wondered about. Guest guest
A patient of mine uses Metho - but there are no breaks in the skin, breaks + Metho could be painful Jane

Guest guest
Hi: I was using a mixture of DMSO and SSKI on my fungus nail problem, and it seemed to be working, but that created another problem. I only wear black socks, and the DMSO dissolved the dye from the socks into my skin, turned my skin black for a while. Had to discontinue, skin back to normal now. I have searched for white socks but they all seem to have gray heels and toes, so I am worried that this will also dissolve into the skin. Del DMSO for athletes foot Hi , Can dmso be used on athletes foot i saw a product that had hydrogen peroxide and aloe and dmso in it i have some some bad thing going on which seems to be athletes foot worse than i have ever had . I have tried the otc creams but they don't seem to be working i;m also using colloidial silver I was a little scarred about using the dmso because of my limited knowledge of how it would work for this my concern is possibly driving the fungus internaly .As i understand it dmso is a carrier does that mean it would take the fungus deeper ?Thanks Ted
Guest guest
You can try Milk of Magnesia too. It clears up a LOT of skin conditions, and usually doesn't hurt at all. > > > > > > > Hi: > > > > I was using a mixture of DMSO and SSKI on my fungus nail problem, and it > > seemed to be working, but that created another problem.
