Hi Joyce,

I take kefir in the morning and before going to bed. It's amazing how

it helps quality of sleep. In your mention of kefir, I'm wondering if

you mean ingesting it or taking it as an enema?

Also -do I need to add that diet and lots of fresh water are important

-especially raw food.
