Guest guest
Hi Mimi, I had arthritis in my right wrist, caused from breaking it some years ago. Thought it was severely sprained and used a wrist brace to work on. Doctor? What is that? Anyway, years later found out it had been broken, arthritis had set in, physically working hard caused it to swell and throb. It was so painful that I had involuntary tears and could not sleep. Long story short, a strip of magnet from a writing pad was recycled to wrap around my wrist. By morning, the swelling was 50% better and now years later, it is all but well even though I no longer wear the magnetic strip.
