wrapping knee -- huge knee-- need help

My knee is huge from lyme and Rheumatoid arthritis. I am thinking of getting

powdered MSM and mixing it with DMSO and wrapping my knee. I have the roll on

(90%) and the bottle (99%).

I am open to suggestions on what to mix with it and which DMSO to use (roll on

or liquid).

Then, do I wrap it or let it sit? If I wrap it, what is safe to use?

My goal is to decrease the swelling and possibly help the joint.
