Put a free on ALL wage increases for the next two years, removed all longevity bonus, the night shift bonus, certification bonus. They increase our health insurance by $45 a month and another $45 a month next year. And switched from Vacation/sick/holiday/time to PTO (paid time off). which we lose a total of 10 paid days a year. It is nice to know that you are supported by the administration the governs you. I figure this is going to cost me around $3.25 an hour. I wonder what they paid the lawyer to do this to us.
