Guest guest
When I was in Perth, on 8th Ave in Maylands, there was an Asian shop there which had both the little coconut frozen in juice in the shell in a plastic bag, and also the water just frozen in a plastic bag. I have never seen them here in the country, just tinned coconut water diluted and sweetened, which is a pleasant drink and better than soft drinks. The Goji berries sound a good buy - check whether they are sulphured. DH has to mind what he eats, and was glad to find he could nibble at Goji berries without getting a migraine. Then one day he ate some that I'd got from a veggie shop, and came down with a bad one. When I checked the pack, it had sulphur dioxide. You can also plant the Goji seeds and germinate them (at least you can the organic ones, I don't know if they do anything savage to the " ordinary " ones.) If you read up on them on the net, you can grow them practically anywhere, and as practically anything, whether creeper or shrub or what have you. Niu Life in Canberra sell the three different kinds of coconut oil; my supplier in Perth often uses the pet oil for himself, and it's fine.
