[PROVE] ALERT - Call Your State Senator to OPPOsE HB 1316 hep A and pneumococcal vaccine mandate

Dear PROVE Texas Members,

Please immediately start calling YOUR STATE SENATOR’s office to oppose HB 1316 –

Mandates 6 new vaccines doses for babies and children in daycare 4 Pneumococcal

and 2 Hep A vaccines. It is out of committee and if we can get 11 senators to

oppose it, we can block it from coming up for a vote and kill the bill. If you

can take a few additional moments to also quickly call the offices of the

Lieutenant Governor and Governor as well, that would help a lot, but please

minimally call your own senator as soon as you can.

It will only take a moment – the call does not have to be complicated. Just

introduce yourself and state that you are a constituent and where you are from

and that you would like to ask your Senator to VOTE AGAINST HB 1316 -

Pneumococcal and Hep A vaccine mandate for babies and children in daycare. If

they are interested in why you are opposed, please tell them a few key points.
