I do the Five Rites and Pilates and do the deep breathing mentioned in those books. I do the Five Rites before my Tae Bo now just to get the extra stretching in. I have noticed that I don't have knee pain when doing some of the kicks now. You are getting great oxygen with Tae-Bo though!
