First Tae-Bo Workout in MONTHS!

Well, I finally did a workout tonight. It was the first time since

April 20. I have Jenni and to thank for getting me to do it,

even though I'm still slightly irked at Jenni for suggesting a

workout with squat kicks, among other things! , I did my basic

workout a day late, but I finally did it!

My endurance and speed stunk, but my form was still pretty good.

Guess what, today IS the first day of the rest of your life and so is

tomorrow. Susi, I am so happy for you. You did it! You have so many tapes

to choose from, many of which do not have squat kicks, that you are all set.

Enjoy getting back into taebo. You will not regret it.

Susi, ditto everything said. I couldn't put it better. I am less than

eloquent today. You and I have been hitting some slumps lately..but no more

(insert trumpet herald) We will be tha Taebo avengers!!!! Who were those wemen

in the multiple sports bras who let off those roundhouse kicks in a flurry.

Don't you know?...they are the Taebo Avengers (insert more trumpeting and oohs

and ahhhs). Alright baby, lets push play and kick some butt.

I'm proud of you Susi!!! Hey, still having your form is a BIG deal!!!

And those squat kicks - well, everytime you go down into the squat,

just think of the nice shaped butt it will give you - that extra lift

without having to pay a doctor for it!!!!! Like I told Jenni, pushing

play for the first time in awhile is a BIG accomplishment!!!

I'm proud of you Susi! Pushing play again will be much easier after

doing it the first time!!!! And those squat kicks - just think

everytime you go into the squat that you are giving your butt that

extra lift without having to pay a doctor to do it!!!!!!! :)

Susi you hang in there girl! I'm so proud of you. Those squat kicks are

MURDER! You and I will be back in the saddle in no time. Monday was my

first workout in months, too. I felt fine yesterday, but today I'm feeling

it in my inner thighs and my biceps. When I get home tonight I'll do

another 8-minute workout. The best way to work out those kinks is to

exercise them.

Just take it easy, don't push yourself too far. You already know that you

can do it, but just don't *overdo* it. Being away from Taebo for a long

time means you have to take it easy for the first 2 or three workouts.

Just push play!

LOL, I forgot about those squat kicks! I am so proud of you! It's so

awesome that you worked out with one of my favorite workouts! I feel honored

that you did the tape I suggested. Come on, admit it, you loved that

workout! :)
