Welcome to our New Erythema Nodosum Support Group! I'm so happy

you have chosen to join us.

On our " Files " you will find a folder of " Member Case

Histories " . I encourage you to look them over and see how you compare

with the rest of us. While everyone's EN is different, we do find

some similarities and that can be useful. When you get a chance,

please tell us your own EN experience and I will post it along with

the others.

Our Group now includes a " Cured Members " File. These members

have achieved long term or permanent remission have graciously agreed

to remain in our Group as " Resource Members " to help the rest of us.

We also have lots of informative " Files " and " Links " . I like to

think of our site as " One stop Shopping for EN and Related

Conditions " . Our members have such other conditions as Sarcoidosis,

IBD, IBS, colitis, Crohn's, Fibromyalgia, Allergies, PG, and the

Depression that often accompanies chronic conditions. No topic is

off limits here as long as members are treated with respect.

We also have a " Photo " section, and you are welcome to add some

photos of your own.

We recently posted several " Polls " , one being to see if our

members experience " stress and hormones as a contributing factor in

their EN flare-ups " . Please go to " Polls " to " vote " . If you change

your mind, you can always change your answer until the poll is

closed. These are ongoing polls and are totally anonymous, so no one

(including me) knows who voted or what your answer was.

Since our group was formed, we have discussed many EN related

topics. You are welcome to read all our old messages and feel free to

reply to any of them. If you wish to start your own discussion on

something of interest to you, that is great.

To save you time, if you wish to find out what the group has

posted in the past on a particular issue, we have a " search " feature

in the " Messages " section. Just type in the topic and up will come

all the messages with that word in the text. (You probably can figure

all this out, but I like to mention it, as it is so cool).

Our EN Group now has a webpage, the URL:

I hope you will enjoy it. It is a condensed version of our EN

resources and you will find a brief description of my life with EN on

the " About me " section.

I hope you will participate to the level that is comfortable for

you. We have a very friendly and helpful group here, so don't

hesitate to post even if it is just to say " Hi " .

Our group can be chatty at times, so if you don't want all our e-

mails to go to your e-mailbox, chose other than " individual e-mail "

as your e-mail preference. Just go to the " Edit My Membership " on the

Homepage to make any changes, or let me know and I will be happy to

do it for you. YOU are in control of your email preference. I will be

happy to change it for you, if you wish.
