Guest guest
Dear Unda Group, This is the second time I've experienced this with a client, and I am hoping for insight, particularly from Acupuncturists or TCM basis for work. Client (female) experiences extreme generalized pain, so much so that even the pressure from a shower is painful to the skin. The last time I saw this, the male client was put on hydrocortisone (to support adrenals), that was the first biggest relief (more profound than other work we have done). It is interesting that this woman had an abrupt an immediate " crash " , preceded by using some steroidal allergy medicine for a very brief period, flying back and forth around world for business, then a flu and a plummet of sodium levels, so seems an electrolyte and aldosterone / adrenal event. (I had another client who went through what doctors call a " sodium crash " who also deals with acute pain but hers seems more migraine related and extreme sensitivity to sound, light, etc., so could be co- incidental ). I remember (vaguely) hearing about the " wei chi " and adrenal influence. But could someone who has seen this type of event give me more insight, and even if you have not seen a pattern like this, I would love your insight. She is under doctor's care so I am not seeking medical advice.
