Im referring to the whole cleanout one(oral type). Just wish I new of an easier/better tasting one. We used the mag citrate in high dose(gastro approved)! What a nightmare to get in him. Ripe bananas help you to move where green tighten you up. A doctor would just have you stay away from them all together unless you had diareah. A problem we have is that Hannah still only has 1 back tooth. She can eat these things but they don't get grinded up very well. We just had ants on a log (celery, peanut butter, raisins) for lunch, It was not listed, but I am pretty sure that it would be beneficial. Thanks for the article! I put it in my files!!
