Hi Carla:

What were, if anything, you taking before you got the Armour? I was

taking 50 mcgs. of synthroid and 25 mcgs. of cytomel before Armour

so my doc prescribed 60 mgs. of Armour. He had to call a pharmacist

for the conversion because he'd never rx'd Armour before. So, I

started out at 60 mgs. and have been doing great; however, I have

now started taking one half (30 mgs.) in the morning, sublingually,

and then take the other half around noon.

I highly recommend taking it under your tongue because this way you

know you won't have any absorbtion problems because it gets straight

into the bloodstream and doesn't have to pass thru your liver.

Taking it this way, I started noticing slight differences within

just a few days so this is the way I've always taken it.

Good luck with it and I'll betcha you'll start noticing the

difference within a few days! :o)
