Is there a source I can look at for the amount of an ingredient that is legal to

use in a formula, please? (For instance, if I want to know how much

hydroquinone I could use in an OTC product and in a prescription products, where

would I look?) Would this be in Remington's? Thank you!

The FDA considers Hydroquinone is considered to be safe and effective

for Skin Bleaching Drug Products when used at 1.5% to 2%.

You could try searching the FDA website for more information.
