Guest guest
Is there a source I can look at for the amount of an ingredient that is legal to use in a formula, please? (For instance, if I want to know how much hydroquinone I could use in an OTC product and in a prescription products, where would I look?) Would this be in Remington's? Thank you! - Ela ********************************************************************** This communication is confidential and is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed. The FDA considers Hydroquinone is considered to be safe and effective for Skin Bleaching Drug Products when used at 1.5% to 2%. You could try searching the FDA website for more information. http://www.fda.gov/advsearch.html Maurice ------------------------ Maurice O.
