Bloat may also be related to your hormonal cycle. BTW I still feel all of the ab work during the work-out even after doing it over a year Actually, I love the feeling, knowing I am working what I want to be working so maybe you are just working it harder now Barb who bought an ab wheel at Oshmann's on sale and feels it working

OK so now I desperately need to control and isolate my triceps - they seem to escape me *lol* Jill

I think so. The soreness means your abdominal muscles are tired which means you have been working them hard. Good for you! You should start seeing improvement in your balance from those muscles (and maybe by looking in the mirror?). Keep it up! Elena

At first, we are just trying to get through a move without falling over....once we have mastered the move....then we can start really focusing in on the particular muscle we are trying to use! Today, maybe you were really concentrating and focusing on the ab muscles and that's why it felt more difficult! I think it's definitely a good thing because it means you are really focusing in on that muscle!

Now I try to work each exercise to the max. I did not feel my ab muscles when I first started..I think they were in hiding...but now I feel them in almost all the exercises.
