Thanks for sharing these! I think I'll sign up for her daily e-

mail! I really liked them. That's so true what she said up there.

I have always been an " all or nothing " person and it's been the cause

of many of my setbacks. I've come a long way in changing that

thinking and it's one of the main reasons I have been able to reach

my goals and not quit :)
