Guest guest Posted June 26, 2001 Report Share Posted June 26, 2001 Hi everyone... Someone wanted to know my after results so I'll share with you how I did. Lost: 7# 5# fat, 2# muscle lost. I figured I'd probably end up losing muscle as I have alot of lean mass. Hips= Lost 2.5 " Thighs= Lost .25 " Calves= stayed the same Bust= Lost .25 " Arm= Lost 1 " Waist= Lost 1.75 " . I went down one pants size which is nice. I would have liked to have lost more but I guess I'm better off than where I was 3 months ago. I'm on my week off which I'm not doing any weight training. I'm trying to give my knees as much rest as possible as they've been hurting. Been doing a little bit of cardio in the mornings or with my fitness support group in the eves. Have a couple plans for challenge 2 that I hope will help a bit. Lana P.S.......
