I heard the a sliced onion put on the skin

will draw any “poisons” or whatnot out of it (on a different site

in regards to the H1N1 flu shot: something to do if you’re ever forced to

take one). Not sure if it would work, but hey if you’ve got an onion on

hand – slice off a small bit and stick it on there and it may just work!

Woke up this AM to find a tick on my calf--not engorged,

but definitely

attached. The area is very sore and a little swollen. I disinfected it

and took Ledum 30x right away. I've

been dealing with chronic lyme for

years and am concerned about this bite--hate to do antibiotics just on

the fear that this might be a lyme infected tick. What about DMSO + oil

of oregano right on the bite area? Any other suggestions?

Thanks

What about calcium bentonite clay? Testimonies say that it even pulls out poisons from a poisonous spider.

Garnet,

What do you think about using DMSO and CS or Oil of Oregano on this dang tick bite? I doubt that I will be able to get a perscription for antibiotics for several days because we're on the road and I have to talk to the on-call doc in my home state and have him call in one for me somewhere between OK and NM.

At the time you get the tick to turn loose, apply a poultice of

activated charcoal mixed with psyllium seed husk as a binder and it will

pull the poison instantly. The longer you wait, the more it has penetrated.

Oregano Oil and DMSO is pretty potent for many uses, not

sure what it will do as far as preventing Lyme's. You might

be able to find Doxicycline at a feed store, for cattle, in an

injectible form and could use the DMSO to drive it in.

Even when you are " nowhere " , if you can find a burned fence post, tree

or any dry chunk of burned wood that is mostly charcoal, you can grind

it to powder with sand paper and apply it without the psyllium seed husk

by continually keeping it wet and stirring the charcoal powder around

with your finger to let it soak up the toxins.

I have the charcoal--always carry some with me. Just not the psyllium seed husk. Will use the charcoal. did an epsom salt compress with CS which reduced the swelling. Its a little better today.

OO is anti-baterial and anti-viral. I just don't know what

it does

to the spirochete that causes Lyme's. And because Lyme's is

such a devasting condition it's important to treat it with an

effective substance asap. OO can't hurt, just don't know if that

The doc called in the script for me and we will pick it up tomorrow when we pass through Albuquerque, NM. Now I will welcome any and all suggestions for how to minimize the side effects. I will be taking plenty of probiotics to be sure!

Thanks!

See if you can track down some kefir. It's supposed to have 57 friendly probiotic cultures in it, compared to 3-5 in yogurt.

I have extra Milk Kefir Grains that I would give to anyone for postage. Mine make wonderful creamy tasty young Kefir and perfect sour cream substitute when they are two days or so grown. Probably have enough Kefir Grains tp share with 4-5 people. I have been growing mine for about 3-4 mos now. Great to assist healing of wounds in animals, esp Snakebites in cats. Kathy
