Guest guest
Daddy Bob... First off, let me say you never ever have to apologize to me for any typos you may make...I am absolutely the world's worst about that so I am never offended if others make the same mistake. You know, you hit the nail on the head...I'll bet the reason I was feeling bad with the iodine was a herx reaction. I, like so many others sometimes forget that fact. When you said your wife feels jittery when taking iodine reminded me that is one of the things it also did to me. I cannot handle that because I'm inclined to have anxiety attacks so I'll do almost anything to avoid those. I'm thinking about trying just 1/4 tab and see what kind of results I get with that? I know I have a fungus overgrowth so I need to do what I can to get rid of it. Thank you for the recipes for making sodium ascorbate or potassium ascorbate. I will look into making some. You are right about the bicarbonate...I'm beginning to have a whole new attitude towards it. Yesterday I started drinking the magnesium bicarbonate water and I noticed something strange this afternoon...I'm starting to get some hearing back in my left ear...that hasn't happened in quite sometime [3 years?]. I do not know if MBW would work that fast but...? Of course, I'm also using MMS and DMSO so it could be a combination of all those things...whatever it is I'm thrilled. Regards...
