Guest guest
You know I never put these 2 things together. But every time I travel I get anxiety about it. I never have put it together with my asthma but that is something I always worry about getting when I travel. I do know I can't go to the mountains until after March. Did that one time not knowing that the trees pop and ended up in the ER. I used every medicine I had several times and nothing worked. This week my husband and I were suppose to go on a car tour of the hill country here in Texas but the cedars are popping so I'm staying home and he's going. I just always thought my anxiety was being crazy when we travel. I try to stop it with breathing techniques and music. It always makes me feel like I'm crazy. Now I know other people do the same thing.
