The problem with the soy is not in digestive absorption, however, but has to do with causing resistance at the cellular level. I see Dr. Weil's comments on the sbjct, but I know that he is a real soy buff. How much it actually takes to cause it, I don't know. Re: Re: -goitrogens Hi , I've been eating this stuff because so far everything I've read says these foods should be eaten in moderation. Also, cooking is supposed to minimize the goitren effect.
