I am still baffled by my no antibodies test result and hoping some

of you have more insights to share. Has anyone ever heard of

spontaneous remission from Hashi's? Has anyone ever heard of having

HAD Hashi's and now just living with the aftermath?

While researching these questions, I came across the following book,

which some of you may find helpful: How I Reversed My Hashimoto's

Thyroiditis Hypothyroidism, by T. Dirgo.

When my pernicious anaemia (another autoimmune disease) was diagnosed -

about 2 years after I developed symptoms & probably 8 years after I got it -

the consultant was VERY surprised that I still had antibodies.
