Sandy,

I know exactly what you are talking about! It's one of the things

that helps keep me motivated whenever I don't feel like working out!

I've made so much progress this past year....I would hate to have to

start back at square one! Thanks for the reminder and hang in there

because your soreness will soon be a distant memory :)

Hi ,

You will love weight training! I have been doing it since late November

and it really adds to the Tae Bo workout in my opinion. I do heavy

lifting at work at times so it helps out with that as well. I do free

weights with a Austin tape I have that also combines aerobic

activity. I also have a Total Gym and I love it. I know someone

mentioned it earlier and I have to agree. I love the resistance

training along with the stretching. It just feels so good!

Have a great day!

Taebo has done the same for me. I credit it for giving me the confidence and

push to start yoga and lifting weights seriously. Thanks to taebo I've been

doing yoga now for 9 months and cybex weight machines for 2-3 months.

Elena, who carried a very heavy case today in one arm and it felt so light as

compared to a few months ago

Michele,

Hi! :)

I started out with a Austin weights workout tape too---But

progressed onto The Voight Great weighted workout-

wow! It is BRILLIANT!

REALLY Works you...so much so that I ended up having to split it into

two days-upper and Lower as the whole 90 minutes was a Bit too much

some days!

I would reccomend it 100%.

I have Now Progressed *YET AGAIN* Onto heavier free weights using the

Body for Life challenge Programme...

I must say-This is all down to Tae bo as well everyone.

who'd have thought back in January that Having " conquered "

Tae-bo-That

i would have gone onto MORE Body Strenthening activities?

It has Been a Natural enough Progression-But I do Think Being Capable

and Succeeding at tae-bo has given me the confidence, strength and

stamina to *go on* to more!

Isn't it exciting? hee!

Janett, could you elaborate a little? Is it an aerobic-weight combination

thing or is this a weight training workout?

Thanks,

Joya

I agree...Tae-bo does give the strength, stamina & confidence to *go on*

more...Before tae-

bo, I was a couch potato. Now, after 4 months, despite still being WAY out of

shape, I play

basketball & go walking in addition to tae-bo. I used to walk everywhere, but

haven't in a

long time, and I haven't played basketball since high school (10 years ago) even

though I

used to play every night. It feels wonderful to start getting back into a

non-couch-potato

routine...and I don't think I would have done it without Tae-bo.

Genie

Who's done 3 workouts so far this week & hopefully will get a chance to do one

today, even

though I can't do a early workout today!

I am ready to go anywhere anytime instead of sitting home cuz walking and

standing used to be so painful before Tae-Bo
