Guest guest
OK. This is getting better. I did the 8-minute workout again today. I didn't have to stop at all. I kept up with the speed on some of the moves and puposely went slower on others. I said earlier that my inner thighs and biceps were feeling the pain; but as soon as I started the workout tonight, my stomach muscles kicked in and I felt the workout from Monday! Wow! I love Tae-Bo! Friday I'll do the 8-minute tape again, and I hope to move to the basic next week. -- Sandy

That makes perfect sense, Jill, cuz I'm experiencing it right now. The soreness isn't as bad as it was when I started last year, and the muscles seem to be healing quicker, as evidenced by the soreness in the biceps calming down already after only two workouts. And I definitely got the buzz yesterday. I was enjoying the workout *so* much! I was smiling and talking to all the way through it. It was great! -- Sandy (love those uppercuts!)(great for the abs!)
