do be careful about pushing that side cuz even now after Tae-Boing a year, I

find some work-outs have too many reps that can aggravate old injuries.

That is awesome news Sandy! The 8 minute tape is nothing to sneeze at. I am

so happy for you... your enthusiasm is contagious. (I hope)

I will Barb. I didn't do all the knee raises on the left side. They did 3

sets, I did 2. I walked through the last set. I don't want to hurt myself

again.

Elena, you and the others on this list are what kept me focused on TB even

when I couldn't do it.

I can't tell you how much that means to me. Without you I wouldn't have

steadily thought about getting back in the saddle.

Sandy,

Congratulations on getting back into tae-bo! I am so happy for you!

You have been an inspiration to everyone here because you have kept

such a positive attitude, even though you haven't been able to tae-

bo! I am so glad that you are able to work out again! Please be

careful....of course, I know you are :) I just don't want you to

hurt yourself again! I can't wait to hear your progress!

OK. This is getting better. I did the 8-minute workout again today. I

didn't have to stop at all. I kept up with the speed on some of the moves

and puposely went slower on others. I said earlier that my inner thighs

and biceps were feeling the pain; but as soon as I started the workout

tonight, my stomach muscles kicked in and I felt the workout from

Monday! Wow!

I love Tae-Bo!

feeling so much from it.

I really am feeling it. This morning my stomach muscles are literally

screaming at me and I love it. The biceps have calmed down a bit. The

thigh muscles are still feeling it, along with my shoulders.

I had forgotten just how sore I was the first few days of doing TaeBo when

I started last year. I know the soreness will go away very soon, and I

hope I never have to stop working out again cuz I don't want to go through

That makes perfect sense, Jill, cuz I'm experiencing it right now. The

soreness isn't as bad as it was when I started last year, and the muscles

seem to be healing quicker, as evidenced by the soreness in the biceps

calming down already after only two workouts. And I definitely got the

buzz yesterday. I was enjoying the workout *so* much! I was smiling and

talking to all the way through it. It was great!

Sandy,

I am so happy for you! I love hearing about your workouts and I can

hear your enthusiasm through your messages :) You are doing such a

great job and I love how you are taking it slow and getting back into

it the smart way :) You are truly a tae-bo hero!
