What was the modulation method that Rife used?

Hi all, I am new to this forum and I have read some background on

Rife's work. There are some details missing which I hope to uncover .

I note that Rife typically used a sine carrier in the megahertz

range and modulated it with his MOR frequencies as sine waves

too.What was the modulation type and depth? We have many types in

use today but I guess that back then AM was the common type and

probably FM was known because early TV was being developed.It seems

that any attempt to replicate Rife's work or expand on it would

require that the modulation details be known. Thanks for any input.
