Ok, we've had several requests on list to unsubscribe, so I am sending this

to the list.

Any listmember can change their settings any time they wish to. You can

subscribe, unsubscribe, go no mail, or digest or individual e mails.

To do so, go to www.onelist.com sign in with your e mail address and the

password you used to join the list in the first place, then go to your

member page--then click on the setting you wish.

If anyone still has any difficulty with that, I will do it manually, but it

is much easier, and more timely if you do it yourself.

I will also add the instructions to the footers on the list--maybe this will

make it easier for those trying to access their settings.
