Guest guest Posted March 7, 2005 Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 Hello everyone, As a reminder to anyone who would like one of the Workshop binders, you MUST be willing to provide your home address for shipping purposes-NO EXCEPTIONS!! We've had problems in the past w/too many things (like certificates, brochures, & the Resource Guides) being refused by various hospitals & after awhile, the cost of resending things starts to add up. If you cannot or will not provide your home address for shipping, we will not be able to send you a binder. J.
