Guest guest
{I can't imagine going out in 90 degree weather dressed as an eskimo or mummy, but I say if you can, switch to a nocturnal schedule, adjust your work shift if possible, make your sleeping area a darkroom, darkly blanket the windows. My back bedroom's a virtual giant coffin, perpetually cold and dark. Fluorescent light's something I should have factored in, but did'nt.., ugh. Some of my security patrols are in a fluorescently lit warehouse setting. Is this a concern? The lights are waaayy abovemy head and all, I can limit my internal patrls, but it's a significant part of my routine. S-y part of it is foods that contain D vitamin might also be a nono. Codliver oil, notmany of us sipping that down, lol. Fatty Fishes, Egg yolks. Hard part is Dairy products. SOme of us use Prednisone which depletes our calcium reserves, so cutting down on our dairy intake might be a delicate balance unless Calcium pills are still allowed. How much does D vitamin affect us if taken digestively? Some of this is a Sarcoid sufferer's concern, some is Erythnode bearer's. I got both to varying extents and I'm real hesitant to give up my cod liver oil drinking, lmao, jjjjust kidding!} Click Here! Enter the MetaPhorum! Guest guest
Colbolt & others, OMG... cod liver oil... haven't even thought of that since I was a kid. YUK!!! Thanks for the smile. Anyway, I do have thinning of the bones already and don't know why other than it happens more in females then in males. If it has a connection to the disease I'm not sure. Was not told about vitimin D other than if I took a vitimin C supplement to take the ones fortified with vitimin D. I'm not a chemist so I'm not sure other than the doctor said that the C vitimin woks better with the D. Glad someone brought up the sunshine issue I didn't know that I would be more sensitive to it with taking Prednisone & Plaquinil. With the summer being here I will be more careful.
