Guest guest
I posted a few months ago when I was looking at options for home training. My neurotherapist changed her mind and decided to do home training with us after 50 office sessions---we need to do about 200 total. We are her first trial run. She is a member of EEG network and they sent me a loaded (bioexplorer, and tons of games, neuroamp, supplies) lap top, neuro amp, electrodes and supplies. . We had to add the DVD playback. My son was getting so bored with innertube, and now loves to train with his favorite preschool band, The Wiggles. It has been such a positive training change for us. I am using gold plated electrodes, nu-prep, and 10-20 paste. We are using the protocol that our therapist established, training down right side. I really don't think it has been that difficult to learn how to put the electrodes on, use the program, etc. I love the neuroamp because it is an impedence meter and amplifier in one, so I get instant feedback of impedence. We are paying $400 a month---and training 5 times a week. There probably are cheaper options, but this is what works for us and our CNT.
