Guest guest
Hi. I always make my yogurt by transferring a tablespoon of store yogurt. I usually use Stonyfield's whole milk, but I didn't this time. I was in a Trader Joe's the other day, so I picked up their brand of plain yogurt for this. They didn't have whole milk in the small sizes so I settled for nonfat. Well, the yogurt didn't turn out right. It is very runny, like milk, and doesn't taste anything like yogurt. It is sour tasting but nothing like what it is supposed to be. The Trader Joe's yogurt says that it contains live active cultures, but now I am wondering if that is even true. Is there anything I can do with the sour milk that I now have? I hate to just throw it out. Maybe I can still make smoothies with that? Thanks, Olif _________________________________________________________________ Check out the coupons and bargains on MSN Offers! http://youroffers.msn.com
