Guest guest
Well HELLO! I'm excited to read you post today! I do hope you'll post more often as we all learn from each other. I have to giggle when I think how many of us would be so much safer living in a bubble, but that's not realistic now is it? You react to alot of the same things I do. I can't handle perfumes lotions certain pets etc. I was diagnosed 3 years ago Christmas Eve so I've still got alot to learn but more pops up and make my life more of a challenging especially now with the nut allergy, I went into the website a friend sent me last night and was amazed at what foods have traces of nuts, like wheat bread, certain yogurts etc! I thought living with the many triggers of asthma was a challenge, I think this new Nut allergy is just as challenging. I'm soo glad you posted. please post again! Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. ~Mother Teddy Bear's Early Learning ProgramEstablished August of 1992 From: asthma [mailto:asthma ] On Behalf Of willothewispl@...Sent: Saturday, January 31, 2009 11:02 PMTo: asthma Subject: Re: Re: asthmatics who do wheeze Hi, I am willothewispl, I should have introduced myself. I don't usually send any messages, I just read them and learn. I have been asthmatic for 5 years, so I am still learning. But I am allergic to perfumes, detergent, cleaning products, all kinds of foods, pollens, dust, I can't possibly name them all here. Also my skin is very touchy, I suffer all the time from just touching a lot of things. My skin gets very sore and dry, it is a trial to keep my skin soft and not burning. I am finding out that there very many types of reactions with asthma. I don't always have difficulty breathing, so the dr.'s look at me funny when I tell them that. But I do wheeze a lot, and an occasional cough. But lots of chest pain. My worst allergan is Labrador retrievers. I have to stay completely away from them. They put my right in the hospital, it is their dander. Well just thought I would introduce myself, a couple of paragraphs ago. Thank you for such a wonderful website, I am always learning from it. Subject: Re: asthmatics who do wheezeTo: asthma Date: Saturday, January 31, 2009, 6:00 PM I do wheeze occasionally, but not when I am having an attach and do not feel odd Cindi, at least when you go for treatment they will pay attention and know what's happening. lol Even if I tell them I have asthma, they still call it something else. Gets frustrating sometimes. Good breathing, Lou>> Ok, since I seem to be the odd ball here, are there any asthmatics out > there that DO wheeze?
