Attaching the Electrodes to my Head

Wow, just tried that for the first time and now realize I'm going to

need a whole lot of practice. :-) Locating the right spot, getting the

hair out of the way and making a good connection, and having the

electrode to stay put were all a bit challenging to say the least.

I'll keep the faith and believe that some day that will become second

nature.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the self application process?
