Needing an advocate in san antonio/jisd

I'm a mother of an 8 y/o autistic son, who goes to the judson

independent school district. We had an incident today at my sons

ard. My son was suppose to get 2 hrs of therapy a month and we found

out a couple days ago that for the past month he has not even been

seen for speech therapy. He has only had 512 hrs and they have to

provide over 200 more hours. We knew our son needed even more

therapy and were going in the ARD to get more. During the ARD we

found out the speech therapists recommendation was going to be

changed to 1 hour a month, 30 min sessions, and 8 times a year they

would come in to integrate a sound board...I was very upset and said

my son needs more therapy more than the 2 hours that you provide

already and now your saying he is going to get less, our sons teacher

had to standup and be and advocate for our son because the speech

therapist wouldn't listen to us. Let's just say we had to end the

ARD because of what happened. We are looking for an advocate for our

son or at least some good advice of were to go from here. They have

set up a new ARD on the 23rd..PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
