Guest guest
It wasn't until today (when I came home from my last graduate class ever) that I realized why 20003831 appears at the end of my screenname. At first I thought it was just aol's way of separating me from everyone else, but today I realized it was because it would seem like I had that many messages in my box if I didn't keep up with this list! So now that I am done with graduate school (I just finished my masters of science in education) I will make sure my mail box never gets that full again (can you believe that in a week there are over 1000 messages????) Welcome to all the newbies, and Happy Birthday to and anyone else I missed. My workouts have been really great lately and I have added pushups (thanks to whoever suggested adding them on) and I am up to 40 " girlie " pushups and 8 regulars. By the end of the summer I want to do 50 regulars. I have also started doing squats to strengthen my thighs for taebo. I can never seem to do the moves that require you to keep your knees bent for a long time and squats have helped. I've also added stomach crunches because my abs need to catch up to my arms and legs in taebo. I'm working on my summer goal of working out 5 times a week and rotating through my other strengthening exercises. Well I am glad to hear everyone is doing well! Keep up the great work! -Jenn who is so happy to have a summer off!

I think I might start working on push ups daily. You inspired me. Have fun this summer. Elena
