I was found out got infected by the HCV when trying to donor my blood to someone, this was one year back. I checked to 3 lab to confirm I was infected, found out I was all positive. So far I've not taken any special treatment, only once every two month I check my blood for SGPT and SGOT, then confirm the result to my doctor. The doctor said not too worry to much, I'm quite ok. I just know a little about this HCV, because my doctor also didn't explain it to me quite well. But so far I'm feeling very good, like nothing wrong with me. Can any body know what I'm going through? is there any special medication for someone infected with the virus? what am I supposed to do?
