Welcome! You've discovered a strong community that will flood you

There are numerous natural alternatives that make life " better. "

There are a few things that help me take the edge off: meditation,

deep breathing, light yoga, new age music & nature tapes, sunlight,

fresh air, water fountains, salt lamps, etc.

nutritional, and herbal remedies. I am currently " reading " a book by

Louise L. Hay that targets strategies including affirmations aimed at

particular illnesses, aches and pains. I believe we not only need to

heal our body, but our emotional, mental, and spiritual realms, as

well.

Well, I'm rambling. Congrats on being able to exercise. You are ahead

of the bell curve. Enjoy the abundance of information coming your way.
