The IgA deficiency was discovered when they did a blood panel on me at the Hershey Medical Center. I was there for the primary diagnosis of Systemic Lupus, and the IgA deficiency was something they just happened to find as well. Of course, SLE is also autoimmune, so it's just one big circle.
