I'm no expert, but I don't think drinking lots of Pepsi is a good idea? 64 ozs?

5 cans a day? I don't think so.

Try gatorade. It has salts and enzymes designed to help with water absorbtion

and retention. Kinda tastes like Kool Aid, but not as sugary. Although it does

have sugar, for sure. Also available in powder form, much less expensive.

Bob,

You might want to check that the artificial sweetener they use in those products

isn't going to do your body and specifically your liver any harm. I saw

somewhere how much damage aspartame in particular can do you a body. Does it

contain Aspartame? Just food for thought :)

somewhere how much damage aspartame in particular can do you a body. Does it
