Headaches on starting UNDAs - Q

I have a 24 yof who came in to see me for treatment of hypothyroidism. Main

complaint related to her hypo was low morning energy and ongoing headaches,

although she has also been dealing with mental fogginess, poor memory, and mild

acne. She also had spinal meningitis at 15 months which caused significant

hearing loss (she has worn hearing aids ever since).

It was interesting that when she came in, most of her hypo symptoms (including

headaches) were taken care of by MD-prescribed levothyroxine and liothyronine.

No supplements at the time.

My treatment plan for her on her 1st visit:

Vit D, 5000 IU qd

COPs at least 4x/week x 30 minutes

2nd visit, 1 week later:

BTGs

Cold spray to the thyroid x 30 seconds at end of shower

UNDAs 1, 20, 243 to start, 5 gtts tid (with plans to move to thyroid remedies

next)

Genestra Liquid B Complex, 1/2 tsp bid, increasing to 1 tsp bid if no stomach

upset (she has a sensitive stomach)

Adrenogen (a Metagenics glandular), 1 tab tid

Since her second visit a week ago, she has noted a constant headache. It may or

may not be related to the headaches she has had in the past. I told her right

off that this may be a sign of healing occurring, and explained Hering's Law to

her. This is indeed what I think is happening. I also recommended alternating

hot/cold foot baths if need be, and told her to cut back on the UNDAs to 1 drop

of each tid; she's done this with no apparent relief.

I don't want to blithely say " suck it up and deal with the headaches. " I fear

that I may lose her if I just tell her that. But how should I proceed?

Incidentally, I can't help but think that a homeopathic is just staring me in

the face, but I can't think of which. She gave me tons of symptoms: better in

cold, fresh air, and lying down on a pillow. It started at 3 pm and " moved from

my temples to consume the rest of my brain. " She is an astute student,

engineering-type, almost nerdy, friendly and open, detail-oriented and

professional-looking. A Kali salt seemed a possibility, but looking them up,

they don't seem to fit.

What say ye all? Thank you for slogging through this post.
