My question is this, what should we do then? EAT... Yes eat. By eating small meals 3-6 times per day or every 3-4 hours we will help our body produce a steady " trickle " amount of insulin which is the proper amount to produce to burn stored body fat. When we eat one large meal a day our body produces a " large " amount of insulin which overwhelms the muscle and the muscle does not burn fat properly because the muscle shuts down before the fat can get into the muscle to burn up. Therefore we burn less fat, gain more weight, have less energy, and crave junk food at this point. So today’s suggestion is EXTREMELY important for losing weight. Here it is. Remember to repeat it 5x's out loud and write it down. ********I EAT 4-6 SMALLS MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS CLOSE TO******* ********************EVERY 4 HOURS AS POSSIBLE.********************** Now repeat it once with the others. 1.
