Hello today!!

What if I told you that you could eat more food than you’re eating now

and lose weight. Your first reaction would be no way or I can't eat any

more than I am eating now. Most people fail who have trouble losing

weight fall into what I call one meal syndrome. All that means is that

they eat one large meal a day and that's it. Usually it is dinner. That

is the worst thing to do for weight loss.

Here is basically how it works. When we eat and digest food our body

produces a hormone called insulin. Insulin enters into our bloodstream

hits our muscle and activates it. The muscle then burns up blood sugar

and carbohydrates in our diet then the fat. For the first 1-2 hours it

burns up blood sugar for the next 1-2 hours it burns our own stored

body-fat. Then what takes place from here is the muscle closes down 3-4

hours later. My question is this, what should we do then? EAT... Yes eat.

By eating small meals 3-6 times per day or every 3-4 hours we will help

our body produce a steady " trickle " amount of insulin which is the proper

amount to produce to burn stored body fat. When we eat one large meal a

day our body produces a " large " amount of insulin which overwhelms the

muscle and the muscle does not burn fat properly because the muscle shuts

down before the fat can get into the muscle to burn up. Therefore we burn

less fat, gain more weight, have less energy, and crave junk food at this

point. So today’s suggestion is EXTREMELY important for losing weight.

Here it is.

Remember to repeat it 5x's out loud and write it down.

********I EAT 4-6 SMALLS MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS CLOSE TO*******

********************EVERY 4 HOURS AS POSSIBLE.**********************

Now repeat it once with the others.

1. Losing weight is a journey not a destination and I will enjoy the

process.

2. Diets don't work.

3. I am on a mission to find my normal body weight of_______ and I will

find that body weight

by________.

4. I become full twice as fast on half the food.

5. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

6. I love doing my favorite exercise which is_________.

7. Each Day I drink 8-10 glasses of water with lemons or limes.

8. I am A FAT BURNING MACHINE!

9. I expose myself to as much bright light as possible.

10.I enjoy learning about weight loss the more I learn the more I lose.

11. I am doing great and I will succeed.

12. I eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day as close to every 4 hours as

possible.

See you tomorrow.
