It says it's supposed to weigh like 200 and some pounds when it's full of water, but I can move it with my punches and definitely with my kicks! Am I doing something wrong or am I just stronger than I imagined?....LOL!

Also my carpet is really smooth. I think maybe it will help to get some type of rouch carpet padding to place underneath it. I just havent tried it yet. The Taebo bags are actually Wavemaster bags with the Taebo name on it. >> dumb as it sounds, maybe the lighter one with a lower base moves less cuz the center of gravity is lower? Like a lower car taking a corner fast Barb whose bag has to be hit really really hard to budge more than an inch or two

Hmmmmm.....I've seen Nashim kick it over, so I guess it's possible to move it. I think I have the full sized wavemaster which is supposed to weigh about 270 lbs when full? I don't know, but I love hitting and kicking the thing, so I'll put up with it moving..LOL! who really loved doing the focus exercises at the end of AL6 while using the bag

Guest guest
Since these are standing bags, I am not sure this will work, but my DH rigged a hanging bag (we used a duffel bag) and he filled it with sawdust. Is this too hard for Tae Bo? He does karate. I would like to use it too for our workouts. Thanks, Joya
Guest guest
Joya, I'd wear...at the very least...hand raps if using a sawdust filled bag...gloves would be even better. Sawdust doesn't give much, nor does it have good shock absorption. Experiment with it a bit. Ease into it. ;-) F > Since these are standing bags, I am not sure this will work, but my DH > rigged a hanging bag (we used a duffel bag) and he filled it with sawdust. > Is this too hard for Tae Bo?
