Hey, does your bag move all over the place? I move my bag all across

the room and then I have to stop and move it back. It says it's

supposed to weigh like 200 and some pounds when it's full of water,

but I can move it with my punches and definitely with my kicks! Am I

doing something wrong or am I just stronger than I imagined?....LOL!

An attacker wouldn't stand still, so maybe the moving is a good way to

practice self defense?

dumb as it sounds, maybe the lighter one with a lower base moves less cuz the

Like a lower car taking a corner fast

Barb

whose bag has to be hit really really hard to budge more than an inch or two

Barb,

Yeah, I read that too and I'm standing far enough back, but I still

move it! Hmmmmm.....I've seen Nashim kick it over, so I guess it's

possible to move it. I think I have the full sized wavemaster which

is supposed to weigh about 270 lbs when full? I don't know, but I

who really loved doing the focus exercises at the end of AL6 while

using the bag

Since these are standing bags, I am not sure this will work, but my DH

rigged a hanging bag (we used a duffel bag) and he filled it with sawdust.

Is this too hard for Tae Bo? He does karate. I would like to use it too

for our workouts.

Thanks,

Joya

Joya,

I'd wear...at the very least...hand raps if using a sawdust filled

bag...gloves would be even better. Sawdust doesn't give much, nor

does it have good shock absorption. Experiment with it a bit. Ease

into it.
