CFS patient get an adrenaline rush, they MIGHT feel normal or close to it. How sad is that? Steve M in PA Jane, I think what you're describing is an adrenal rush. Then us sickies REALLY feel the crash. We don't have enough energy to lift a car, but we do feel " normal " while the rush is on. Damn that crash.
