Could not help but notice since it freaking WAKES ME UP sometimes in the morning!!!!! The hands will HURT like blazes with some of that fun numbness-tingling effect. All I can 'do' to alleviate this is .. get up (VERY annoying when I've not slept enough!!)and .. shake my damn hands out. Move around (sort of) and just .. remain upright. One of those (many: goo many!) relieved in some sick way it is simply another symptom of 'this,' a Relapse of something or other. How lovely; for the holidays! Hasn't been in my feet for awhile (used to be like this in the feet), so .. this is it's way of .. sharing the love. Charming. Soooo ... meantime am taking more Lectrolyte for this as it ha been said that this MIGHT help some. We shall see. Better than hitting some damn Big Pharmacy Co's Wunderful drug (replete with all the warnings)...
Guest guest
Congrats on the engagement! I would not make a habit of Cortisone shots, I hear it can be bad in the long run. Guest guest
Something that I could suggest (If you are in one of the medical cannabis states) is to get a cannabis infused creme. It works wonders and even my parents use it for their knees and hands with terrific results. There are also infused pain sprays that can be purchased for instant relief. For massive pain I use medical marijuana as it is certainly easier on the body then endless vicodins that I used to take. Of course one cannot drive with it but it sure does help. I reccommend a Kush type of cannabis but your grower can help you with reccommendations. > > > > my left hand hurts all th etime and it starts in my shoulder and goes down > > my arm into my left hand and it wakes me up , i bought a stress ball at a > > regular stores here to for 4.00 and i squueze it to get feeling back in my > > hands i go to pain management on wed going to ask for a shot of cortisone in > > my shoulder see if that helps > > nettynetty > > > > > > In a message dated 12/15/2011 8:56:51 P.M.
