It is the studio 4-pack that I have, and the studio advanced that I've mostly used for the past year. I even did it without the tape one morning when my VCR went on the fritz and finished a few minutes faster than with the tape on. Like I said, I prefer the studio Advanced to the AL1 that I've used for a change-of-pace, but now I'll buy a few others, including AL5 with all it's floor work. Is the Basic, as you call it, 30 minutes long? Maybe I can work that in on some of the mornings when I'm more pressed for time. Also, there is another newcomer to the list who wrote that his wife did the Basic tape, I believe his name is . I think you're confusing the two of us. My wife tried it once and well....let's just say that I'm still working on it. Pat

It's good to be around here for the extra support. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you better. I do have a question about the Live tapes though. Do I have to buy the series before I can order individual tapes? I am interested in some of the basic live tapes but I don't know if I have to buy the original live series first. I have the sneak preview on the advanced tape I bought and it gives an 800 number for the automatic ordering. How much are the tapes? I'm sure you have been asked this before so please bear with me. I appreciate your help in advance! >> The Live 4 pack and the monthly series Live work-outs really are unrelated. The Live 4 pack is however from a more recent taping so worth getting especially at the QVC price cuz both the Basic and Advanced are great work-outs. iQVC Shopping Home Page! If you want to order the monthly delivery (you can save $5 a work-out by going automatic delivery), I would do it thru the www.taebo.com website cuz the phone orders are frequently messed up Barb who never had an order problem thru the website

You can buy the tapes one at a time by calling 1-877-BBTAEBO or through the official web site at www.taebo.com. You don't have to buy any particular tape. If you buy individual tapes this way, I think the total cost is $29.95. If you go with automatic delivery (a different tape is delivered each month), you pay $24.95 for each tape. You get to pick which tape you want automatic delivery to start with (e.g., you could choose to start with the volume 2 advanced tape). You can also purchase individual tapes through EBay (I've never done it, but people here have), or through a video fitness catalogue called collage (1- or www.collagevideo.com). If you order them individually, each tape will be $29.95 and if you sign up for the automatic delivery where you get a new tape every month, you will save $5 and each tape will be $24.95.
