Asking for experience on the law

I have two doctors at this point that have written that my Fibro was triggered

by a back injury at work. Has anyone ever sued their employer over this issue? I

have been off of work for almost 5 years and while I recieve SSDI and my

employer also pays a disability pay I feel that: 1. I am constantly harrassed by

my employer who is sending my to testing from different doctors and a functional

capacity test that I failed miserably and these people all same the same thing

and 2. I was perfectly fine beforehand.

Has anyone tried to sue their employer over their fibro? I am just sick of the

hassle with them - I was even followed at one point! I think I deserve more then

the paltry disability pay that I am constantly being threatened of being cut off

of.
