Guest guest
I find the binding of a bra almost unbearable. To compound my fun..my shoulders slope a bit downward so straps don't stay up. Which leaves me with a criss cross or racerback. They seem to put a lot more pressure on my shoulders and a day with one on, is good for a minimum of 2 days pain. I've always said bra's were invented by a sadistic male! LOL
Guest guest
Same here! I really can't stand them...but I didn't put two and two together until you guys started mentioning it on this list! Guest guest
OK, I did respond to this a couple of days ago, but I don't think it went through. For me, bras press on my fibro points and pull on my neck. I mostly wear playtex bras now because I've found them to be more comfy than any other brand. I don't wear anything with an underwire. If it comes with them, I take them out. I've also been buying them in a size bigger than I'm supposed to or buy the bra extendors. I love winter when I can go without and no one will notice because of all the layers. It's a little harder in the summer. I tried the tank tops with the built in bras but didn't find them to be any better. At least I live alone and don't have to worry about any male roomies. I'm starting to get over caring the neighbors seeing me w/o one when I walk the cat, though it would be more comfy if she didn't draw so much attention. On really unbearable days I have just subsituted a swimsuit or tank top. Swimsuits with tie straps can be worn loose. I don't worry about support because there's not much there needing it, it's just coverage that I worry about. It's hard to find a sexy, comfortable bra. I found one relatively comfortable a year ago at Kmart of all places and should have bought it in every color. Now they don't sell them anymore. Alia Sorry if this did go through the first time and I'm repeating myself
Guest guest
Please post your bra suggestions. thanks. diane Dear Joy, Yes, I have this problem also and would love to hear your suggestions. I have two older types that are all a stretchable breathable fabric that are not too tight but I cannot find anything to replace them with.
