Guest guest
I have. Which is kinda depressing, considering I'd already lost 65 pounds and only had another 20 or 30 to go. I've gained back about five pounds in the last month. I think a lot of that, though, for me, is that once I started not only getting the raw milk, but also butter and eggs and more cheeses, I sorta went nuts - started eating EXTRA of all that, so I'm sure my calorie count must have gone through the roof compared to what it had been before. Having just figured that out, I'm starting to seriously work on it - hopefully it will come back off quickly and then KEEP coming off again. LOL - actually, my bigger concern right now is the constipation - I'm going through about three quarts of milk a day now. Trying different things for that too, menu-wise. Can't wait for spring, so I can stop running out to Whole Foods all the time for salad greens - I'll be able to just run out to the greens bed. :-D At 04:08 PM 1/20/04 -0000, you wrote: >Has anyone experience weight gain from consuming raw milk and raw >milk products? Guest guest
I went to my chiropractor today who does kinesilogy and asked him to test me for the kefir. He said that it was ok. He tested my body to see how much I could have during the day. My body only tested for 2- 8 oz glasses per day because it is high carb. Thought that might help.
